As long as it's wet food, with added water, is better than any dry!! I strongly believe that foods formulated for UTI, are scams. All they need is  more water to keep them flushed..IMO!

I agree that getting the second litter box will help. You may even need another one, it sounds like you have 2 cats. A rule of thumb is 1 box per cat, plus an extra. Fingers crossed the second box does the trick! :)

It could be an allergy. Do you supplement your batches? Maybe it was an old batch of supplements? My cat has allergies and used to throw up any and all food if it triggered her "allergy button".

My cat loves: Turkey, quail, bison and chicken! She isn't picky so she'll eat anything if its in a big meaty chunk! She also gets lamb, pork and beef. She is allergic to fish, venison and beef liver though.

Some companies will suggest supplements, but in my opinion, if you're feeding 80/10/10, you don't need to, because they are getting their vitamins and minerals from that ratio. Be careful when feeding veggies..it can upset their stomachs. Cats are carnivores and don't  need veggies. 

When feeding 100% raw, you need to balance it out by including: 80% meat, 10% organs, and 10% bone. If you feed to these percentages, you don't need to supplement. I only add krill oil, as my cat can't have fish. The krill oil is a great source of omegas!

If you're feeding chunks, the rule still applies: 80% meat, 10% organs, 10% bone. Feed meat chunks, chicken wings for bone, and liver and kidney for the organs. If the kitty ate the chunks, I would assume they will eat the chicken wing - just a hunch!

Our kitty is very vocal as well (tabby, we think part maine coon)!! We love how chatty she is! My theory is that since she is the only animal in the house, she communicates to us, instead of other animals....because there isn't any. We also chat back to her :)
