Raw Chicken Wing Once a Week Questions

So I've been looking into feeding my two 1yr old cats a bit more raw, but due to time and money constraints we've put that on hold. However, we do feed our cats  a rotation diet of half a can of  wet food twice a day and I was wondering if it would be okay to replace 1 meal a week with a raw chicken wing each? For the last few Monday's we've been replacing their morning meals with a chicken wing and they absolutely love it. I understand that this does not make a super balanced meal, but is 1 meal out of 14 a big deal to be unbalanced?

They will be fine. Up to 15% of their diet can be unbalanced.
