Yes definitely This is my oldest Moggy Jaz. She has had 2 litters. The first one she had 3 kittens and they all unfortunately died. She was a very good mum, but her instincts to protect her babies was too much and she spent half the time on the defensive and she attacked visitors and left my sister scarred. This had an effect on her and her 2nd litter was pretty much the same, she had 4 and 2 died, even though I had intervened from the begining. She just seemed like it had sent her a bit loopy. The 2 surviving kittens were just as skitty as she was and one even became totally feral, the other aggressive. I decided to get her done immediately. She is still quite aggressive and will attack small children if they go anywhere near her and adults that are timid of her. Never me or the family. We can't rehome her and she's lovely natured towards the family anyway. She just comes with a warning in big red letters at the vets and has to be sedated for any kind of treatment. We also have to warn guests and keep her away from little ones. I love her and she loves me, the bond we share is amazing xx

This is Lilly (Tiger-Lilly) we've had her since birth. She was part of a litter from our cat Dora. She unfortunately died suddenly when her kittens were 5 weeks old. So I to hand rear her with 4 other kittens. She and the rest of the kittens were healthy and big lilly being the biggest. One day we found her shivering in a draw screaming. I thought she was dying. I rushed her to the vets and she was low sugared. This happened twice and because her mum had died, we decided that we'd keep her. Her other kitens went to good homes and are still lovely cats now. She had a litter of her own 5 like her mum and they were big and healthy. She was a brilliant mum. She laboured on my lap and wouldn't leave my side.

I thought Sula was ready 2 weeks ago she was making all the right noises and acting as if she was about to give birth. She was about that big. She now is absolutely huge and I'm expecting more than 4. Is she definitely due soon?

It sounds as though the tom in your garden could use a home and a neutering. He also needs cleaning, feeding, and caring for in general.

Would the RSPCA clean him up, neuter, and re-home him? Or do they euthanize? Or could you trap him and take him to them?

I feel sorry for him not being properly cared for, and he'll impregnate other neighborhood cats too.

The Rspca (Royal Society Protection of Cruelty to Animals) would never put a healthy animal down. He seems well fed and well travelled. He's very timid and won't even enter the garden when we're in it. We've rarely see him for this reason. We've put down food and everything but he's just too shy. I wouldn't mind giving him a bit of food but it looks as if my fellow neighbours do the same. We live near lots of farms. So he could even be a working cat. But still you'd expext them still to neuter their cat. I'll give the Rspca a call tomorrow for advice. As they're all for neutering cats.

That would be great. At least he is getting fed. Poor boy. Keep us posted on him.

She is but is been at least 8 hours and still no sign. I've been up all night. It looks as if she needs me right beside her. She won't settle unless I'm laid right beside her. She gets up at cries if I move. She's resting well in between and has even manage to fall into a deep sleep a few times. Seems to be dragging now

She's definitely nesting today, but she's keeping them legs firmly crossed! She won't let me leave her side lol
