If that's what it takes, and that's what you want to do, all that is really left to decide is if it's worth it.Originally Posted by nekokaasan

Also, having been out of high school for almost ten years, and having only made lackluster grades back then, so I'm not sure if any college would accept me. I'll probably have to go to a two year school first and then transfer to a four year institution.
I am so very glad that you are able to stay home and take care of her.Originally Posted by Bella713

Translating geek is a difficult job. Our pharmacy just changed over its automated voice service and asks for you to enter "the medical record number".Originally Posted by emrldsky

That sounds cool...you should be a field adjuster for an auto insurance company...then you can deal with the insurance part and with the cars..I use to work at allstate insurance in claims and I loved it...the field adjuster's made pretty good money......I left because I like health insurance better.Originally Posted by babyharley
I'm the Office Manager in a Dealership Body Shop. Its pretty interesting - I see a lot of smashed up cars. I love working with cars - although my boss and managers suck really bad and aren't good managers - so I'm currently looking at other jobs. My dream would to be to be able to go back to school for Dental Hygiene, but I won't be able to do that - I'm still paying off my Bussiness Management loan from my 2 year degree I got 2 years ago.
I'll probly end up working with Insurance, or in another Dealership. I'd love to work in another Dealership, I really love cars and the business.
i worked in a factory for 5 years(and hated every min of every day i was there) to get myself a degree. There is nothing wrong with doing that. Go slow take one or two class at a time. Apply for every grant loan etc, out there.Originally Posted by Jazmynn

Both my brothers and their wives work in a factory and they make decent money, keep food on the table, clothes on their backs, and the kids are rarely without. It's honorable work and there is NOTHING wrong with that. Have some pride in what you do.Originally Posted by Jazmynn

He certainly is. They say it takes all kinds to make a world - it certainly takes all kinds to run a world economy.Originally Posted by emrldsky
