Just had coffee, orange juice, onion bagel with cream cheese....It is a Sunday breakfast... I splurged on the bagel. I do not usually have one....now I am stuffed and need a nap!

What can be used instead of bacon?you can make in muffin tin for small ones and freeze or refrigerate no crust no carbs

A hamburger bun with cream cheese on it. I didn't have a chance to go to the grocery store last night since the baby started screaming so I used a hamburger bun instead of bread for breakfast this morning.
A frozen honey Greek yogurt bar.
a bowl of corn flakes with a little sugar, sliced banana, and milk.
Toast with crunchy peanut butter

Döner kebab for lunch.

I haven't ate since breakfast because I'm in so much pain. I need to see a doctor this evening for my sinus infection since it doesn't seem to want to go away on its own.
