Just a drop or 2 depending on how much you're making. It goes a long way. DD loves it. I'll have to make some for her. She'll be home for the summer in less than 3 weeks. I use organic garbanzos since I found that they have less sodium than the low sodium ones do.
okay, i'll remember that about the sesame oil. thank you!

The most delicious apple I've ever had. We got our first garden fresh box yesterday and there were apples in it. It's a program here where you buy either a small or large box and it's filled with local produce. We got a ton of stuff for $17 buying the large box.
Fresh local apples are the best!!  @catlover19 I hope you are feeling better, sinus trouble can  really run you down.

I just made another flatbread pizza with feta and green and orange peppers.  I can't believe I have been eating these for about two weeks straight now!

A homemade kale and goat cheese mini-frittata, coffee with 1 oz. half and half.  My only cup of real coffee for the day, now that I have to cut back (wah).
