I don't know I am doing wrong but my scale says 189 and my pants are tight. I have not eaten as much junk as usual. I have been increasing fruits. Maybe the fruit is all sugar which turns to fat? Or my muscles are growing as I have added protein during the day in place of chips and crackers. ?? I pigged out three days ago on Chinese food. Maybe the salt is making me bloated??
I didn't do my workout yesterday as they had me do something for lunch. I was still sore from the previous days workouts. So today going to add more weights than before...so aggravating. I try so hard not to eat junk but instead eat fruit and yogurt and looks like its not helping..I was thinner when I only drank diet coke all day and ate like a bird. I quit diet coke and blew up...hmm...and I don't want to drink caffeine either...
