Fran, Nurse Amy says to stay off your leg as much as possible and apply an ice pack for the swelling. Are you doing any stretching before and after using your stepper? If not, that could very well be the cayse of your calf pain!

I finally got back to Curves today. It felt good to work out. So good, in fact, I did 3 laps around the circuit and did my abs when I got home. Woo hoo!

They have some on discount at walmart and im considering on buying one.
BUt only if they are good to use as crunches or so?
They're great for a whole world of things Fwan! ESPECIALLY crunches!!! There's tons of things you can do with them to work your abs. You can also use them when doing upperbody workouts and leg workouts. They're just great all around.Originally Posted by ugaimes
