Oh, and then this morning I took some left over salmon, onions, mushrooms, a little roasted garlic and made scrambled eggs, with cheese on top. Add a little Chinese chili sauce on top! It was sooooooooo good!!!!!!!

Well, last night we were going to have the leftover salad (somewhat augmented) and warmed up gnocchi from Friday night along with some smokies. However, life is what happens while you're making other plans, they say, and we ended up having company for dinner. So the leftovers went by the board, and I pulled some tortellini out of the freezer. Fortunately I had lots of tomatoes, and the basil was wanting to be pinched back, so our favourite tomato basil sauce came to the rescue. Added a few garlic prawns, just for good measure. Drunken mango on yogourt for dessert. It was fine.

AAAAAAAAAND, Friday's leftovers tonight -- though I hunch the salad will be past it by now, and get pitched

Left over "shepards pie" from last night. I put the quotation marks because it's not made with Lamb. It's ground beef, green beans & tomato sauce topped with mashed potatoes & cheese.

Last night was dinner at Spirit Mt. Casino. The Prime Rib and Calamari was to die for!
Had some pasta salad with that. A slice of cheesecake for desert, just plain cheesecake, but the best I've ever tasted.

Tonight I'm making venison steak, smashed garlic taters and gravy, and some sort of veggie. Haven't decided what yet. Hoping I'll find some peas and baby onions when I go hunting in the freezer.
