That's a very nice photo! I finally broke down and ordered myself a digital slr last weekend. I should be getting it this week or beginning of next and can't wait! I ended up choosing the Olympus eVolt 510 that comes with two lenses. My current point and shoot is an Olympus and I've been happy with it so I hope I've made the right decission!

These are a few of my first pictures taken with my new camera. They are mostly from the military section of a cemetary across from where I work and it is dressed up for memorial day.

Here's some more I took today. I was just on my way home and looking for things to shoot to try the camera out some more. Does anybody use a TTL flash for indoor shots? I ordered one and am hoping it is worth it!

















I don't feel like I've ever been able to get a good mountain shot. But this one is not bad, I guess. lol

As far as I am concerned, there are no bad pictures of mountains!

I love all the new pics! They are just great!! I got some really cool action shots on Memorial Day of my friends son I will have to post them after I finish going through the 400 I took that day!

Most of which were taken by a Nikon D50 DSLR camera for the technogeeks that wanna know.

i've shrunk them down to 640x480 size...if anyone wants a copy of them in thier original size...just ask me.

I'll try to be selective and only post the ones I really love. but I have a hard time doing that. So please forgive me if I over do it! These photos are from downtown Salt Lake City

I still haven't mastered setting the camera for when the sun is coming down and a dark shadow is cast. so some of these are dark in places. Please give me some feedback!
