I think I've recruited at least one more... Luvmycat1. She's from Elkhart which is only a hop & skip away from me and is also on the way to Sturgis where Linda (stampit3d) is... and if she can make it, I'd be more than happy to go and pick her up.
Mine are crossed too... for you and Linda both.Originally Posted by luvmycat1

Yeah, my DH called me a dork. Well poo on him. He has his cars and video games and all that other stuff I could care less about.Originally Posted by twstychik

I reminded Matt about this again... all he said was "woopee!" with a rather sarcastic tone. He still doen't get the whole "cat crazy" syndrome.
Alright!! Another victim... I mean lovely person to join in our fun!!!Originally Posted by twstychik

My DH doesn't get it much either but I did make him come last time and he had fun! He has him computers and Ebay and all that jazz so he can get over my little oddities! (Kittys, crafts, etc.) I'm normal.. I swear!Originally Posted by luvmycat1

Same here. I asked DF last summer when we met in Lansing about going and even though he didn't feel well, he still made a comment about a bunch of crazy cat people.Originally Posted by SillyJilly

OHHH! I'm sooo jealous LOLI live in Kentucky and I am sooooo wanting my DH to transfer to Jackson, MIIt sounds like you all will have a wonderful time. If I ever get lucky enough to move up there, maybe you all can do it again? Well, have a great time; wish I would join ya
I would not even ask my BF to come, he would just roll his eyes. If it was a horse get together he wouldn't have a problem, except he is very quiet.Originally Posted by lunasmom

Then he turns around and complains that I don't socialize enoughor at least he use to.
Well how are cats any different that horses as far as liking them and such!!?? Horses just must be more manly to him!Originally Posted by crittergirl

My DH can sit at home any day by himself already so I force him to go and be with me!!!Originally Posted by twstychik
I'm sure my husband could think of better things to do on a Sunday afternoon than hang out w/ a "bunch of crazy cat ladies"! LOL Like watch Nascar with out me bugging him! See, it's a win-win!
90% of the time we are home we're together so some alone time once in awhile is welcome. Of course, now that you mention new food that'd be a great way to convince my hubby to come.Originally Posted by SillyJilly

Thanks! Ya'll have funOriginally Posted by SillyJilly

I don't think I'd ever get my DH to come. Of course now that I'm talking to him about TCS he seems like he's getting more interested in cats.
We will, we'll miss ya!Originally Posted by sweetnsassy36
