Carlos and Donna have decided that Molly and McGee's new 4 egg clutch will be shown live, 24/7 on UStream.

This is beyond exciting...

I agree....
it has been really hot where Molly is, I hope that she and the clutch can stand the summer heat.
My guess is that they won't have as good a chance to thrive as the first clutch. I hope that I am wrong.
For Molly and her yet to be owlets.

I use Mozilla-Firefox browser and can't view the other link. Also the chat is better at this link and the video window is larger too.
Yes, this is the place I have always viewed Molly at, the original link. It will be interesting to be able to compare the two broods and how things go.

So sweet!

Earlier today I saw her gently tuck the eggs under her, then sit down and wiggle into a comfy position and promptly fall asleep.

I'm so in love with Molly, McGee and their owlets!!

The eggs should start hatching any day now! Carlos is predicting Sunday and Monday. But they could hatch anytime between now and then.

Lots of excitement last night. A female owl stopped by. Carlos thinks it might have been Wesley (from the last clutch). McGee didn't seem to care when the owl was on the roof, or when it fluttered down to the ledge. But Molly sure did. She ran the poor thing off while McGee stood by the door to the owl box.

Molly is one very tough owl Mama....
that was amazing.

Do you know if the owl standing outside of the box, who did nothing, was McGee?

Here is a video of the visiting owl

It's split now as wither having been Maxine or just another female owl looking for an owl box to nest in. Whomever it was, she sure is a beauty!

thank you for that!

According to posts in the chat, it was McGee.

There is a pipping hole in one of the eggs. Apparently we could have owlet #1 by the end of the day!!!!

She's hearing something because she is constantly at those eggs moving them around.

Also, the coffee table book is a go!!! I just ordered mine. Much cheaper than I had expected. Probably because they were printed in China and shipped here.

Yeah, I don't like the ads either. I usually just mute my computer when they come on.

I use that link and don't log in. I just type in the name I want to use in the post box and then post. It has always worked for me.

Can anyone post a link to the video of the first owlet hatching? I don't know how to find them

got it now:

it's 20 minutes long I haven't watched it yet The owlet's name is Ashley, named after their (grand?)daughter who is leaving for college.
