Call a vet and ask what their office visit fee is. Tell them you have 2 kittens with stuffy noses who you think need an antibiotic and could you run them by for a quick check?

That should be easy enough. They're too young for anything else!

Feed those babies as much as they want but at least the minimum.

Glad you said something ;).

They grow up so fast

Also wreck the bookcase so fast.
   They're huge!

Do be careful with the bookcase - there's been at least one nasty accident / kitten ending thought to be related to heavy books here on TCS.  Kittens seem to get in to everything and it's almost impossible to keep them out of harm's way.

It's anchored, I have a two year old, I moved the heavy books. :)
They are so precious.

That's so nice! I hope it's a reasonably priced vet.
It was a good experience. He only charged me to treat one kitten.
They had antibiotic shots there, eye washes and came home with Clavamox.
He said lungs sound okay. But definitely an upper respiratory infection.
They are about two weeks and weigh right over 8 oz.
According to him they have a good chance.

Awesome! So glad it was a good experience, and now they have the medicine they need to get well.

Are they drinking the higher amount of formula well?

They drink between 7-10 mls. Sometimes I have to stop halfway through and warm it again. It gets cold real fast.
After the vet they didn't eat as much, so I'm only waiting 2 hours and I'll try again.

They seem a lot better, I think that Shot really helped.
They have been opening their eyes more now. Poor little things.

The new babies both had a huge weight gain.
Does anyone know how long in to clavamox treatment we should see less congestion?
Someone through Facebook dropped off miracle nipples. And they like them so much better, but they are still stuffy. So they start chewing on the nipples.
