Yes, by all means supplement the ones who have not gained. It's great that at least they have not lost anymore weight. That tells me they are feeding, but need more. Kittens need to gain 6-10 grams a day each. But it sounds like we have progress! Give an update on who is still hungry for more! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Thank you. I am so excited I talked to a lady that runs a cat rescue a few minutes ago. She is going to bring me some KMR tomorrow and she is going to check the kittens for me. I am going to have her give me tips and help me know how to get them to eat enough. Thank you so much for suggesting to get in touch for local rescues.

So glad you found some help! Let us know how that goes. In the meantime, have you been able to supplement the two smallest? I feel like they need some extra. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

                   18  hours ago  diff

A. 172.93       164.4     8.5

B. 192.77        187.1     5.6

C. 195.61       189.9     5.7

D. 181.43       172.9     8.5

they all have had gains.
B and C are just below the minimum gain you want to see of 6 grams.  Can you supplement them every 3 - 4 hours around the clock to get them back on track?

Honestly, based on what has happened, they are doing just great! Let's see what tomorrow brings with your cat rescue helper. You did say earlier that the smallest two had not gained, but now they have. This is excellent. It really looks like mom is getting her milk now! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

This mornings weights. It was done at 12 hours

A. 178.6    up 5.7

B. 204.11  up 11.34

C. 198.44 up  2.83  I know this is concerning

D. 187.1   up  6.0

I can't wait for the lady to get here so I can get some proper KMR. She may also have a few tips on how to feed them without them wailing like banshees. That is what I am having the hardest time with. Lil Bit hates hearing them cry.

Is it ok for her to be leaving the nest for 30 minutes at a time. Yesterday she came out of the room and walked around and perched in the window for a while.

After that she then laid down on her spot on the couch for a little while.

It's okay - she needs breaks too. As ling as it's not for too long, and as ling as she returns to the nest when they cry.

Yes, real KMR will help a lot. The two smallest need to gain more, but thank goodness they are gaining!

When is the lady coming to help?

I got the little black one to eat a couple of MLs but the other three cried the whole time. I am starting to worry. The lady from the shelter hasn't called yet and it is 5:30 here.

How are the weights today?
I weigh them again at 8:45. They all gained in 12 hours one only 2 grams I have been supplementing with goats milk. I hope they gain more at the next weigh in. I have been making sure that they all have round bellies.

I got a second kitten named. I named it Callen. It means scream. It is so fitting because it screams every time I try to do something for it. The good thing is it is a name for either a boy or a girl.

Can you call and check on the lady? Your cats need the KMR. Keep supplementing whoever needs it. I'm hoping they are gaining today. Did you mean that the other 3 cry when you try to supplement them?

A, 178.6 same

B. 209.78  up 5.67

C. 206.95 up 8.51

D. 189.94 up 2.84

I still haven't gotten a call or an email. I am going to add an egg yolk to the goats milk.

I got to say I am pretty upset right now. I had another rescue get back in touch with me. They will only help if I surrender them all. What is sad is I offered to give all food and liter for Lil Bit and supply the KMR. I would have to got paid on Friday to do that but still I wasn't asking them to supply the stuff. I don't understand.

You don't really need to add anything to the goat's milk.

Adding the 2 12 hour gains together the kittens are meeting the minimum you want to see.  Kitten A is worry some but the rest are doing ok.

Did you add the numbers or are those 24-hour totals?

Adding the egg yolk is great! I understand how you feel, but just carry on. You are not surrendering them, so just keep going. As you can see, kitten A needs supplementing first and foremost, then Kitten D. Crying or not, they need 6-8 mL's each about every 4 hours.
