Such a weight has been lifted. Now I can send off my lease saying I won't renew, and start calling of address changes (cards, newspaper, mail and so on)

The packing begins- and I realize, I will run out of space and fast! This is only 3/4 of kitchen!
So far the cats are handling the abundance of boxes well. They are having fun in the empty ones

Interview date is set for Friday at 5:30 pm! Hopefully we can get an earlier closing date, so I can get in and clean, paint and such!

I am just about packed.. I have to do my bedroom- drawers and closet. Everything else is all last minute pretty much. I don't have too much stuff being in a 420 square foot apartment.
I just left a message for my lawyer to get the closing date this week. I am anxious to get in and start cleaning up!!!
My dad and I passed by yesterday to peek inside the unit. The seller's stuff is still inside. per contract, they were supposed to be out by July 30th (our original closing date). Now they have less than a week to clear out their stuff and furniture. No way I am pushing back my closing date because they didn't clear out yet.
