The amount of work needed to get done has exploded

  And the supervisor has been in a hissy fit all week nit picking on things that she never had a problem with before. I know she's stressed with all the issues with the new facility and the upcoming inspection (no idea when that is exactly yet) but still

. She knows there's only two of us trying to get the bare minimum done. I'm supposed to get OT but can't because the supervisor won't approve it. Her excuse is that if the lab head finds out that we're getting overtime (it goes on the lab budget apparently) he'll get mad.Honestly I don't care if he gets mad. He either approves at least two additional full time staff for us to support all the lab people he keeps hiring or he gives us the OT
