My morning coffee with one lemon spongcake cookie and one peanut butter cookie.

the last of the chicken runzas and a slice of zucchini nut cake for lunch.

I actually cooked something this evening! 

   Used up some cold mashed potatoes to make potato scones.  

   So far I haven't eaten them all which is pretty good going for me, esp as they turned out spectacularly well.  I had a large slice of yellow melon to follow.

Sneaked a bite of the lemon poppyseed cake I made for breakfast for myself tomorrow since I have to get up early.

Not by design, but didn't have any lunch, much walking and was starving by dinner..with a ton of calories left for the day.  I ate sooooooo much and was still under by 100 calories.

Big salad with radish, scallion, celery and romain, 1 oz. cheese, a jalapeno ranch dressing.  1/2 cup approx. of grilled asparagus and 1 very large grilled mushroom - all veggies brushed with 1/2 tab. of an olive oil and vinegar dressing. 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast grilled, had 1 tab. basil vinaigrette.  1 slice spelt bread with 1 tsp. butter. 1 oz. port. 1 serving of a thin dark chocolate coconut almond bark.  Decaf with 1 oz. half and half.


very full but what a marvelous meal.

Left over potato scones that I made yesterday with a bowl of chilli, followed by blackberry and apple crumble and custard. All yummy.

We had an early dinner at Cracker Barrel, so I had the country chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and turnip greens. Also corn muffins. Very good.

I love banana splits. Now I want one.

I had ham, scrambled eggs, home fries and a piece of rye toast. We went out to my favourite restaurant for breakfast since we are moving soon to the next town over and probably won't be back to go there.
