Shrimp stir fry on Friday. Within the hour of eating it I was nauseated and having bad diarrhea!  Still going on :(  Must be food poisoning!  Can't even hold in water :(

A  couple slices of bread with strawberry jam....I really wanted something sweet last night and there are no cookies, cake or anything else in this house.

That, if nothing else, sounds like a pretty good excuse to bake! My brother bought me a cake tray with dome cover so I could carry my baked goods around (presumably that was a hint), but I've vowed to never let it go empty. Now that the cookies are gone, brownies will be on the way today.

But for now, it's oatmeal with dried fruit and granola and cinnamon.

Have chicken parmigiana with pasta in the oven. Will be chowing down on that as soon as it's ready!

Beetroot and celeriac salad followed by shepherds pie, and a slab of rocky road for pudding.  Nice.  I have a pineapple, lime and coconut ice lolly in thr freezer for later on.

A moist fluffy brownie - feels and tastes the same as when it came out of the oven yesterday!

Orange watermelon. Yes I said orange colored.

Was the BEST watermelon I've had all season yet.  SO sweet.

Sausage, chips n baked beans followed by a pineapple coconut and lime ice lolly.
I know, it sounds like the kind of tea you'd give to a 5 year old but oh my, it was SO nice.
