I made granola for Aaron earlier in the week and I just nibbled on a little of that.

Tomato soup, a rice cake with a piece of cheese on it.
Just finished my morning coffee. Rick got up at 5:00 to give the cats their breakfast. So I slept in for awhile. Got up at 7:00, did the first load of laundry (that I was supposed to do last night!) and hit the treadmill.

Homemade chicken and rice soup last night. Time for some food this morning.:lol3:
Drinking coffee now. Last night, it was a 100-calorie Slim-a-Bear English Toffee ice cream bar (you know, sometimes they really hit the spot. I was craving just a little chocolate. Not much. And that little S-A-B worked.)
Just yesterday, I bought some of those Skinny Cow White Mint Truffles ice cream bars.
I also enjoyed one last night. 
I always have a taste for something sweet.Just finished up a small bowl of oatmeal drizzled with honey.
