A nakd cashew cookie (it's just cashews and dates formed into a small bar)
a peanut butter and concord grape jelly sandwich, and 5 or 6 kettle (potato) chips -- my lunch, several hours ago.

A handful of red seedless grapes.
Chocolate chip cookies I made myself. I had some coconut sitting in the fridge, so I added that, too. Yum!

A black cherry Outshine fruit bar.
The last fancy english muffin I brought home from California. 
I had a strawberry, banana and yogurt smoothie.
two hard boiled eggs, a glass of juice, and two pieces of toast with peanut butter -- my breakfast.
A tortilla with taco beef, corn, black beans, lettuce, homemade dressing, salsa and sour cream plus a yogurt and a nakd cashew cookie. My lunch plus a snack.

I had pork BBQ with slaw/beans and pickles. Wish I could say it was good but it wasn't.

a Portuguese roll
a grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, 5 or 6 potato chips, 2 vanilla sandwich cookies -- my lunch. then i ate a few carrot strips and a couple sweet gherkin pickles, while dicing things up for the macaroni salad i'll be making on sunday.
