Two slices of toast. One with butter and peanut butter and one with butter and lemon curd. Some lovely, sweet, green, pipless grapes and 4 small choccies with soft toffee inside. Yum.

did you bake these? if so, i'm so glad you found a good tasting gluten free recipe -- i remember reading that some of the previous recipes you'd tried were...less than 'stellar'.

mmmm...i love lemon curd! 
 

a bacon wrapped filet mignon, a baked potato, and the last of the raw broccoli pieces with blue cheese salad dressing as dip. orange jello for dessert.

My daughter's husband went to England and bought me back lemon curd. Yum,

@mickNsnicks2mom  I did make these!  They are made with coconut flour.  I can pm you the recipe if you want. 

The ones I did not like at all are the store-bought ones.  They are usually made with rice flour/potato starch/tapioca starch which, to me, is practically tasteless.  Yuk!

they look really good!
    thank you, but i don't normally buy coconut flour.

a peanut butter and sweet bread & butter pickle slices sandwich -- my lunch, several hours ago.
