Grilled salmon. Not sure of the sides yet; Rick is in big charge of dinner tonight.
If I lived close by, Rick would have to set another plate on the table. I love grilled salmon.

For dinner tonight we have leftovers in the fridge. It will be barbecued chicken, coleslaw, potato salad.

I am making shepherds pie. My neighbour made it last week and gave Aimee some and she ate almost a whole bowl (a regular size bowl not a kids bowl). I thought I'd give it a try and see if she will eat it when I make it.

I had a breaded pork chop, sweet and sour red cabbage left over from a previous dinner and put in the freezer (it's always better warmed over) and cucumber salad, no pasta, potatoes or rice to go with it, but delicious anyway.

Hot sausage sandwiches. I put everything in the crock pot this morning before I came to work.

Take away Japanese.
Corn soup. Shrimps tempura and sea fruit with rice and teriyaki.
All very nice and left overs.

What did the doctor have to say about this lump? What's in this lump? Something is going on to cause it, and so fast too. To say "it's not an injury" doesn't say much. If you can't get any answers from this vet it's time to go to a different one. Don't wait, if it's as bad as you indicate you need answers and treatment soon.

Lunch and dinner will be Crock pot roast, Winchester's recipe from the exchange.  Making it with London broil instead of chuck this time, sine it was on sale.  Smells heavenly!

I've got chicken marinating to cook on the george foreman grill, ranch potatoes to roast in the oven and I think salads for everyone but DS.  He'll probably have broccoli and cauliflower.  Hopefully he starts eating salads with us soon.

Littlenecks in a kale/chourico broth.
what are "littlenecks" and   "chourico" and why is everybody into kale these days? I find it too strong and fibrous. Give me Swiss chard or even collard greens any day. As far as that goes just about any greens, including the tops of beets and radishes (these in small doses mixed with other greens) are edible and quite tasty. If you tend towards gout avoid beet greens.
