I think it is going to be buffalo chicken quesadillas with a side salad. I really don't feel like going to the grocery store and I think I have everything for that in the house.

Was thinking salad, but I am too tired to make it!! yes, it does sound lazy!

I went to the grocery store, gas station, drug store, Target and then home. I did not sleep well last night.

I picked up a baked chicken breast, at the grocery store. I had all intentions of putting that in my salad; instead I will have some of that with some broccoli which I can nuke in the microwave..

gotta get the rest of the groceries out of my car..and throw some stuff out...

Sausages on the indoor grill. It's raining so I can't bbq.
I think that's what I'm doing for dinner tonight, too. We had them the other night and there are two leftover, so I can munch on those while I'm watching the evening news. With caramelized onions, sauteed peppers, and a sprinkling of grated Cheddar. I don't know why, but I cannot have hot sausage sandwiches without the grated Cheddar.

I've never tried that but it sounds yummy. I resisted the bun last night and ate my sausage with just pickles, ketchup and mustard on top.

No idea. There is a very slight chance we go out, but I may pick up clams to have here.

I made pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and spaghetti with tomato sauce. The spaghetti was for the kids.

Took a chicken breast out of the freezer last night. Will do that on the indoor grill tonight. And maybe throw a potato in the microwave to go with.

I am cooking a birthday dinner for a family friend tomorrow. It is baked spiral ham, potato salad, string beans, homemade applesauce, pecan pie and birthday cake. We probably will just snack out of that tonight.
