my favorite is my mom's pineapple chicken salad. It's pretty amazing (but then, I love pretty much any chicken salad with fruit in it :love

Rick stopped at the new Jersey Mike's for two cheese steak hoagies last night for our dinner.
I think tonight I am making sourdough pizza crust and will top our pizza with turkey pepperoni, lots of sauteed onions and peppers, some sliced 'shrooms, and pepper jack and mozzarella. I have to feed my sourdough starter today, so I might as well use the "discards" for my pizza.

Roast bone-in chicken breasts with twice-baked potatoes. I have some nice Russet potatoes that are perfect for baking.

Last night, I made a nice stir fry with chicken breast, onions, snow peas, pineapple, mushrooms and sweet 'n sour sauce over rice.
