I stopped by a farm stand when I was in a neighboring town today and bought oodles of fresh produce. When I got home I made a late lunch of fresh corn on the cob, cole slaw, tomatoes, asparagus and ate it with a couple of slices of Montery Jack cheese and a three-bean salad I'd had marinating since yesterday. Mmmmmmmmm! that fresh corn on the cob was wonderful! The rest was okay, too.
