I usually just have toast for breakfast and my lunches
and dinners vary each day but i snack on baby carrots,
apples or celery and sometimes i'll eat a small salad.
Lately i have been eating WW Smart Ones dinners
for supper,they are really good.
I no longer count points,i just cut my
portion sizes way down.
