How is everyone's diet going? I'm doing pretty good.
I haven't been to my meetings for about 3 weeks
because they are moving to a new place so they
postponed the meetings til next week but i have
been staying on track and still watching my portion
sizes.I'm actually looking forward to summer cause
i dropped 4 sizes and can fit into my "skinny shorts"
I haven't been able to wear them for a while

That's fantastic! I'm doing fairly well. Going on vaca, so I have to miss my weigh in. And that's actually a bad thing!
I've lost 20 pounds, and the 3 month chart they give you in WW only goes to 20, so I've had to start back up at the top!

Hey where'd everybody go? LOL! I weighed in today with 1.4 lost pounds for a total of 25 pounds!
I got a 5# star for my bookmark, a 25# thingy for my keyring, and a 25# magnet. And I got a new 10% goal, darn it!

I decided to join Weight Watchers online for a three month trial. I got a WW cookbook and it was awesome, so I figured I'd give it a try. DH and I are both doing it. I'm at 27 points and he's at 35. We'll see if I keep up with the site after my trial period is over, but so far the wealth of recipes is great, plus I'm losing weight!

I started at 26 points and am down to 24. it sucks that guys just automatically get 6 more points just for being alive, LOL!

That's what I thought!
I'm happy with my points though. I went waaay over the first couple of days, but have since learned to pick and choose. It's nice to know that pretty much every fruit and veggie are zero points. I'm finding some pretty simple substitutions for other stuff- like skim milk instead of 2%. Overall I think the diet is great and I love the recipes. I still like Sparkpeople, but the recipes aren't nearly as good. I find that I use WW more.

I really like the recipes on the WW site. I often print them out and share them without even telling people it's a WW recipe. We were just saying in our meeting yesterday, when you use good ingredients, it makes good food! So many people have kind of gotten away from that simple truth!

That's great!
I missed last week's weigh in because I was in bed with a migraine.
This week is our last meeting for the Weight Watchers at work, so I'll have to do something else once that's over.

I've managed to lose a little every week, except one week where I stayed the same. Slow and steady wins the race!
