You might not like it if you had to have it once a week when you were 15.

I am a lifetime member so I only do on-line things now.
For cookbooks, I see that they are completely different from when I worked at WW about 3 years ago. Out of the ones that I have, the two that are the best are Take Five and Turnaround (not My Turnaround). You can get both on Amazon. They are somewhat pricey but I do not remember what the originals cost because I got a discount.
I go through each of them when I plan the meals for the week. Have to say that I have more favorites in Take Five. I just tried the "Crispy Salmon Cakes" and they were awesome and easy. DH liked them.
PM me if you want to know more.

The Take Five book is great because it only uses 5 ingredients per recipe if I recall.

Way to go!

I weighd in this morning. 178 again (no change)... but here's the fun part... TOM is here for the 2nd time in 6 weeks. This jus proves to me that messing with your hormones is a bad idea.

Hi everyone...Sorry that i have been MIA.
We bought a new computer a few weeks ago
and i asked them to transfer my hard drive onto the
new pc and they couldn't do it because the files
were Ecripted.I didn't put any passwords on my
files but they said sometimes computers will put
them on themselves.
I lost alot of paid stuff on there so i have been
spending time trying to get everything back..It's
been stressful around here.
I missed my meeting last week and but im
still keeping myself on track, how is everyone
else doing?

I'm down 11ish lbs. since I started 6 weeks ago. I'm so proud of myself that I'm trating myself to a helix hair cut friday. It's going to be a little pricey but I figure I deserve it for sticking with WW this long. I do believe it's a record for me.

That is really good! I think it's important to learn to reward yourself with non-food things, LOL! I'm down 2.2 more this week for 15.4 pounds in 6 weeks. Last year I only lost 5 pounds in 6 weeks, so I'm very happy. I'm thinking of getting highlights when I hit 20 pounds, or maybe 21.6 because that would be my 10%!!!

I don't use Weight Watchers, but I've been using this website called Spark People to help with weight loss, and it's been REALLY useful! I use it too keep track of my calories/fat/protein/etc. and exercise and when you give it your information it tells you how much fat/calories/protein/fiber/etc you should be eating each day and you can log the foods you eat in and it tells you if you are within the recommended range. So far I have lost over 30 pounds!

It took me about 8 months, but I went "off track" a few times and stopped watching what I was eating for a while.

Well, I took my week 9 weight this morning and I'm one pound away from my first weight goal! I've lost a total of 16lbs. in that time and next week will be setting my final goal weight.

Sorry i have been MIA for a few weeks,it's been
pretty hectic around here.
How is everyone's diet going? I'm doing pretty good.
I haven't been to my meetings for about 3 weeks
because they are moving to a new place so they
postponed the meetings til next week but i have
been staying on track and still watching my portion
sizes.I'm actually looking forward to summer cause
i dropped 4 sizes and can fit into my "skinny shorts"
I haven't been able to wear them for a while

Hugs
Chelle
