I'm only allowed 20 points a day which is really hard,
I didn't think it would be this difficult.I'm still hungry!
I'm trying to figure out the activity points too.
The leader said that she will talk about it in 3 weeks
but i wanna know how it works now lol
I'm just going to take it one day at a time i guess
but if i decide to drop out,i can control my portion
sizes on my own.
I just wished that i wasen't so hungry,their motto is"
"Stop Dieting and start living" but it feels like a diet to me lol
The good thing is that the portions are smaller
and that's the key to losing weight.
I pay as i go $12.00 every meeting ( which is on Thursday )
like my husband said,"Why pay $12.00 a week when you
already know what to do"
he made a good point.
Has this happened to anyone on WW where you're
still hungry? i also have the shakes too.
My Doctor told me that the skakes is from not
getting enough protein in my diet and that i should eat
a peanut butter sandwhich,well how can i do that if i already
used my points for the day? lol
It really is so confusing,you have to keep track of
your points plus watch your portion sizes by
measuring your food.
All i know is this has been the most confusing and difficult
diet that i have ever been on just by the points alone.
All i need to do is walk for 30 minutes a day and be a low
fat diet,i can lose the weight cause i did it before
with no measuring or counting points.
