Raw food might be an option to consider. Nature's Instinct is really good.

She could have coccidia or another common parasite. If she continues to have foul stools, it would be worth talking to your vet about.

She is stressed alright! Poor thing doesn't quite know what has happened and why she now has four squeeling balls of fur to look after!!
