It's okay, you didn't scare me, I looked it up a bit before.  I don't want to deal with it but if they do have it at least it is something treatable, that is all that really matters.

And he is adorable!!!  That white face is amazing.  Once I give up these little guys I might have to foster again to fill the gaping hole in my heart I know they are going to leave once they are gone.  As paranoid as I have been I love having kittens in the house.  It is hard to not be happy with these little guys around.

That is so the right attitude to have! Yes, it sucks to get rid of, but it's not fatal so that's all that really matters in the end. The positive thing that comes from RW is you will have some damn well socialized kittens because of all the handling they get for the bathes.

I do see you being a foster- you have the right mainframe for it and have taken to it with finesse. Plus, the more you do it the easier it becomes to not stress out over all the little things because they become more normal and anticipated. After a 2 month break I'm picking up a new Momma on Monday. So excited to have kittens again! I don't know anything about her yet other than the fact she is hugely pregnant but I never ask before pickup because I always take them no matter what. You are right, it's very hard not to be happy with them around (especially when they are as cute as yours)!

And Bentley went to nice family with one of his brothers. It is hard to give them up but seeing them make a family complete makes it all worth it!

Weights again.  We are doing great :D!  The black one is a beast!  I am so happy things are picking up.  I made a little blanket fort like thing and Kaylee really likes it oddly.  It is just a blanket over a towel on the floor.  I was able to have some cuddly fun with the kittens today :D.  I am starting to get a feel for their personalities.  And they are starting to interact.  I need to get more videos of them.

We went to the vet and everything looks good.  He gave Kaylee something for her lip (he was able to diagnose it over the phone the day before), which was a rodent ulcer, and said it should clear up in about a week.  He looked at the scabs on the kittens but they are getting better so he just said if it gets any worse call but it probably isn't anything.  Oh, and I was right about sexes, so #1 and #4 are girls and #2 and #3 are boys.  I am having a hard time thinking of names.

The kittens are doing super!  They are making up for those few bad days.  Weights:

They are starting to groom themselves and each other (#1 likes to groom her siblings the most) and roll around a bit together, and they are getting pretty good at walking short distances!  I love how different all their faces look!  I am going to try to get some video of them soon.

What an awesome report! That's good the vet wasn't too concerned about their scabs- hopefully it isn't ringworm and you don't have to worry about that.

When I name my litters I always do theme names. To give some examples (and these are just a selection of the names from each of the litters) I have had the car babies (Aston, Bentley, Porsche), the cereal babies (Kellog, Crunchberry, Pebbles), Wine babies (Pinot, Merlot), babies named after movies (Mowgli and Bagheera from The Jungle Book), babies named after TV shows, the list goes on and on. Maybe that will help spark some creativity if you think of names as a group thing.

I think I figured out what the scabs are from.  When they nurse the scratch at each others' heads and to try to push them down to steal the nipple.  It would explain why the black on doesn't have any, since she is a beast and normally the aggressor.  And #2 is the worst and he is the smallest.

The kittens have been great though.  I don't have the weight sheet in from of me since I am lazy, but we had one bad day after the vet with small gains and two with some loss, but the next day they more than made up for it and gained a lot the past 2 days.  One even gained 28 grams in a day!

I am still trying to think of names!  I think I might name them after Stargate Atlantis with #1 being Elizabeth (which is a little too human namey for me but there aren't many lead girls), #2 being Rodney, #3 Ronon, and #4 Teyla (though Teyla is sweet and tiny and #4 is a feisty beast.. so it doesn't really fit, #1 would be a better Teyla).  Firefly names would be perfect for them.. but I already used those names for my kitties.

I haven't updated in a while.  Everything is going super.  The kittens are wonderful.  Kaylee had to be put on a hypoallergenic diet for her lip and she can't eat wet food, so we can't keep it around the kittens which is a giant pain since we have to try to feed them though out the day.  Only the boys are eating solid food so far.  #2 is the only one that used the litter box.  The other boy will pee right next to it.  I wanted to name them Tommy, Chucky, Lil, and Susie but my boyfriend never watched Rugrats so he thinks it is stupid :(.

I have cuter pictures of them, though I discovered it is impossible to get a group picture with everyone in focus with nobody's hands in the way.  They would only be still when my camera was off.   This is the silliest:
