Make sure she has everything she needs in the room. If she's not eating or drinking and still seems unwell tomorrow, please call the vet.

I was going to ask if she had fever, because that's what it sounds like.
She is probably developing an infection, or has retained a placenta, or both. Can you take her to an emergency vet tonight? She should be seen ASAP. An ultrasound or x-ray can determine if there's a placenta inside, and she needs antibiotics. You will need to take the kittens in the carrier too.

I can't tonight as I got no one to look after the kids it's 1.42am. It's warm in my bedroom so that prib does t help. I'll get her there tomorrow
Okay. I forgot you are in a different country! She can see the vet first thing tomorrow though.

Hello!! Sorry for the late reply. Well tilly seems fine her fever has gone down she's feeding the kittens 's are are doing great with putting on 15 to 22gms a day. Tilly is eating very well. She looks so skinny though. Is this normal?
Yes, all her calories are going in to the milk. She needs lots of food
