The Good Old Dinner Thread

Tonight for dinner I had Sundried Tomato Chicken Kebabs, with a light Lettuce, Capsicum, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber and Feta salad.

Well, I feel a lot better about last night's dinner, than the one before, let me tell you! Sole fillets, panfried with a little tarragon/vermouth reduction, baked potatoes with the works, fresh asparagus.

Tonight is leftover meatloaf, panfries and salad.

Last night we had hub's homeade chicken fingers, fries and vinegar slaw, not sure what tonight is going to be....frosted flakes again, maybe?

Tonight for dinner I am having chicken pesto spaghettini - Tender chicken and sundried tomatoes tossed in a creamy pesto style sauce with fresh parmesan (it's a WW frozen meal - looks delicious though!

)
