It's a good idea to have a rest day. Gives your muscles time to repair themselves.I took today as a rest day. I've been working out doing my core de force workouts for 12 days straight and I needed to take a break. It's supposed to be 30 days but I had to take a day off. Back to it tomorrow.
I had a long break between classes this afternoon. I thought about going for a walk, but I'm tired. I can feel the good all the extra yoga has done for my hips and lower back, but my legs feel tired. I decided to take it easy and just do a one hour Vinyassa Flow class this afternoon.
