I had a peach and egg salad with toast. But I'm still hungry. Maybe some tomatoes or a yummy fruit salad.

I ended up having all of this last night - roasted pork belly!

It always floors me that the American's on this list aren't up with their curries
I probably eat curry twice a week. No offence intended.

Patak's is my favourite brand too - I tried the signature range Korma recently!

Chicken korma (almond and coconut sauce, although many variations) is my fave curry followed by Chicken lababadar - (cream, coriander, tomato and at my fave restaurant they add cottage cheese and heaps of onion!)

I also had to research quahogging too!

I'm just about to go out and buy something for lunch. I might buy ingredients to make a sandwhich. I'm pretty hungry and it's 2pm and I've only had a sausage today.

Time for another ribs feed. I noticed yesterday that Stong's has them on special 2 for 1. I think I'm going to do the Arborio Rice and Asparagus Salad with them, but I haven't a clue about dessert.

Add me to the list of people unfamiliar with curry. There are a couple Indian restaurants here but I haven't tried them. As for where I grew up, the only Indians around were the Native kind
so definitely no curry there!

I'm too excited to eat!

Our daughter is coming for a vist and bringing Mika. She is going to make Beef Stroganoff for us while we are busy preparing and painting our exterior trim on the house.

I don't know about tonight because we are both working. Maybe takeaways.

I think tomorrow, I will try my hand at bulgogi!

Well, since my idiot parents (we hate each other lol) just COMPLETELY blew me off, I am stuck at home with no food in the fridge except for some potato chips, broccoli, and cereal basically lol (desperately need groceries it's sad). I also have some berries and whip cream, so I'll have broccoli for dinner and berries/whip cream for dessert. Ah, the benefits of being a poor college student- ain't it just lovely?!

Fresh stuff from the market- sweet corn and salad, and some lamb chops. I wanted to buy some fresh peaches but thought they were a little pricey.

YUM!!!

Tonight I was sleepy so I ate an apple, then made myself a lunch type veggie wrap with a whole wheat tortilla. All of it went right through me, I am still hungry.
