So sorry it turned out so badly, but you were able to make his last days happy ones
Thank you to everyone responding..and Hissy, I know there is much more for me in this life, but a part of me, longs for the day I can scoop them up in my arms again, call them their special silly names, and give them kisses. These 4 were so special, his gram Bookie, his mom Mervat, his son Christopher and now Josh.Originally Posted by hissy
Josh was a special cat who had the fortune of being owned by a special lady. No cat could ask for better care, or a happier life than the one that Pat granted to him.
You will see him again Pat, and the reunion will be joyous. He will be out of pain and he will once again let you know how much he loves you.
I'm also sorry for your loss Pat but am thankful that you were able to experience such a wonderful soul. Our time may not be long with those that we love, but they are certainly cherished.Originally Posted by Pat & Alix
He used to ask to be picked up by acking at me (he didn't have a "meow") and putting his front legs up, just like a child might do. ..................He had a very appropriate extra nickname as he grew older - bumblecurl - for his long, curling in different direction whiskers, his constant purr, his large, deep blue eyes and soft expression..he simply was one of the most placid and loving cats I've ever lived with.
They certainly are a blessing...thank you for your note, thanks to everyone.Originally Posted by Russian Blue
