Please do not force feed him. His weight is excellent for his age. 10 grams a day is a goal; not a requirement. It will fluctuate. Kitten Lady is an excellent resource.
If milk is coming out of his nose, then it is going in faster than it should, OR he is not suckling because he does not want it. As StefanZ said, this milk can end up in his lungs and cause pneumonia, which is often the kiss of death for tiny kittens..
