I like French meals above all but also Italian and Spanish food. I enjoy cooking recipes from any of those origins but after living for some 40 years in France I have loved discovering the food from the different regions over there.

I guess it would be a toss up between italian and chinese

ahhh, a toss up between Italian and Chinese!!! both are very tasty!!

I love Mexican, and the spicier Chinese (Sichuan and Hunam, for instance), Indian and Italian

that's a very nice group of favorites!!! most excellent!!

Although I'm partial to French cooking there is a German dish I love very much and miss, that is "choucroute" (French spelling). It exists here but nothing to do with the original recipe, very well prepared in Strasbourg, Alsace.
