Baking! Cookies, breads and rolls, pies, all that good stuff that I've been putting off this summer because of my knee and, more so, because of the insane heat and humidity. My granddaughter and I would like to make ravioli for everyone this fall, once things cool down. And while we've done pizza, she's never tried to make stromboli. We need to fix that. We'll also have to figure it all out for gluten-free ravioli and stromboli, too. I can see the ravioli, but I'm really not sure about stromboli.
