all meals here vary quite a bit, depending on what i'm doing when and when i've slept (which also varies). i generally do have 3 meals per day, but not always.

I eat several times a day. I don't have full meals except on Sunday. I eat the most amount of food at lunch, then
maybe a sandwich or something light around 4pm, then a snack before bed. I don't like eating a large amount
of food late in the day.

It varies but dinner is mostly between 7 - 9pm.

Around 5 - 5:30 for the most part. But there have been days where we were really hungry so ate earlier and there's where I just got busy and ended up eating later.
8:00-8:30p usually. I'd love to eat earlier but we don't have a dinner break at work anymore. I could also stop and get food before starting my commute (I finish work at 6:30), but I usually just pick up a coffee which quells my stomach for a little while.
