I also love a Jimmy Johns roast beef & provolone. No lettuce. No tomato. Mayo, extra vinaigrette, extra hot peppers and extra onions. SO. SO. GOOD and it's $7. I can't make a sandwich for $7 after buying the ingredients. I get one a week. I eat half for dinner and the second half is lunch the next day.

My favorite is a tomato sandwich. Rye bread, vegan mayo, Swiss cheese, tomato, onion, and lettuce.

i've only ever had a fresh tomato and mayo sandwich -- which is amazing , but on rye bread and with some lettuce and swiss cheese too......that sounds like it would taste incredible!!

I really enjoy a good PB & J, but I also make cucumber sandwiches that I love too.

That does sound really good. I love tomato sandwiches.
