Pregnant cat.. So what now?

I didn't know that.. The other male comes back. We found out the kids on our complex chase him and have opened and entered our porch to follow him.

Is he neutered?

I also wouldn't let him out if he's being chased... Would these kids hurt him?

Yes he is. He's outside when we're not home cuz he stopped using the litter box too
