Possible resorption?

Okay I'll stick with this thread then. So far they're still okay. We're keeping all the boxes in the house super clean, trying to eliminate any new infection if they get over one.

Is it safe to spray Lysol into the box and stir it around to try and destroy germs? Right now in spraying pure oxygen into it and stirring it, but I think Lysol would work better.

Has anyone here actually heard of or seen FIP take out an entire (normal size [4-6]) litter? FIP is so hard to understand, and I've heard it affects siblings often (genetic predisposition or transference over the placenta?) but I haven't found updates on the surviving kittens in those specific litters.

So far everything is going well. None of the remaining kittens have shown any signs of discomfort or distress. For now we're doing our best to keep boxes clean, trying to reduce the chance of reinfection should the kittens beat the coronavirus.
