It's good you had the vet check. Frequently, when a kitten stays in the birth canal for too long it will be stillborn. Having a sac go in and out is not usual. Glad there is a healthy kitten so far. [emoji]128571[/emoji]

It's OK I went to bed at around 12:00 AM and had to stop on my phone or else I would have been very grumpy today and the little kitty is adorable

She very well could be, but prepare for the waiting game as it could take a few minutes, a few hours, even a few days so prepare to wait.

Please let us know how the rest of her labor goes. It's great that the existing kitten is doing well. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Here's the information
- Momma cat got pregnant while with previous owner. I was given her pregnant.
- Momma cat is three.
- First litter as far as I know. I told her old owner about her being pregnant and she didnt mention any other litters.
- it's been 30 hours since baby number one has arrived.
- she's not in distress.
- she's eating A LOT.
- shes pooped.
- baby is latching and feeding beautifully.
- no discharge.
- she still feels and looks pregnant.
- she's purring and calm.
- I just moved her to her favorite spot in my house (our very dark quiet closet) she delivered under the bed.
Will there be more babies?

We cant know.   As she is OK in everywise, you can wait and see.  Be observant etc, but you can wait.  somedays there are days apart.  Although the delivered kitten seems nicely and ready made, big, round and fully furred.  So its good.

This advice is even if you were pretty sure there are more.

But sometimes theere arent.  The uterus and her inside are swollen and it may feel as another kitten, if you arent very experienced.  This is common our forumists think there are more, but none comes out, and the belly shrinks down.

At least one forumist was even sure she felt the kitten move.  Afterwards we agreed it must have been gas filled intestined moving...

If you have access to a vet whom is cat specialist, and experienced obstetrician, its wise to ask him.

A less experienced vet may help you with emergency surgery if so is, but he will be unsure about the situation if its better to wait it out...  The surgeons are used to solve everthing with their knife, no?

I agree with Stefan. She is not in distress, so wait it out. She may not have anymore babies, or it could be a few days apart, depending on how many times and which days she mated. Kittens can be born 1-2 weeks apart. Please try not to worry so much!

Ok! Her stomach is rippling and her vagina looks like this after being dry. Shes also meowing and being clingy. I dont want to stress her by rushing her to the vet if she's just going into labor again. Is this normal?

It sounds like she's in labor again. See what happens. I would think a kitten will be born soon. Keep us posted.

She's nesting and laboring. Poor gal. Hopefully it won't take too long.
