Just catching up on this thread. Wish you the best of luck on whatever you choose. Owning a place of your own is wonderful! Keep us posted.
That's good to know! Hearing about the presents sitting out like that was just so sad.Apparently the elderly owner of the home is in a nursing home, and the daughter has full atty. Waiting for them to get back to us.
I'd rather have my own.The photos actually make the coop smaller than it really is. If I get it, I will be taking better photos!
The washer and dryer is shared with the people of the coops. I believe it's well maintained and cleaned often
Adding mine! :-)
that she gets back to you soon! I'm excited for you!
An engineer, or licensed inspector, will determine if the house is up to code, and any/all damages that will need to be fixed. He will jot down all he finds. Once that is done, we can either negotiate a more fair deal, or not sign the contract, based on what they find.Draco, why do you need an engineer? (Just curious)
We already know there is/was a leak in the ceiling. We already know the toilet doesn't work and we're OK with that. Makes me wonder what else is wrong.Hmm, if the daughter won't disclose, that makes me think there is something wrong.
Yeah I totally agree.Makes me wonder what else is wrong.
