I went in for my first day in my new job.

I walked to work and back.

I had time to play with Mouse before and after work.

l'm feeling very blessed to have these 3 weeks off work for Christmas

Boiling the turkey bones to make soup

Gave the driveway a quick shovel, it was light and fluffy snow

Reactivated my Pinterest account! lt took a lot of cerebral gymnastics to remember my password after so long.

Had a parcel delivered and it was a card and surprise present from a friend ( A cute little diary with kitten pictures in, and best of all there's one of Russian Blue kitties
).

Walked the mile down the road to work in pouring rain.

Got some cuddles in with Mouse.

 I feel for you.

Gave Miki a bath (which was not extremely pleasant..)

Went on a hike with my niece, since the weather was actually nice today...

Went to the mall and shopped for two hours
(I promised my niece I'd be back home in 30 minutes... but I always end up breaking "shopping time" promises)

I finally ordered my books for the coming semester. Should have done it earlier. Many are not going to arrive on time! >_<

Was otherwise super lazy, TCSing and Pinteresting a lot.

Played (read: tried to play) Pokemon with my son. It's more complicated than I realized, and neither of us quite understands how to do it. I'm going to have to do some research to figure that game out!

My list is longer than three things today...........

Prepare our snacks for tonight

Working on some laundry now

Clean out the fridge (it's not bad, but it should be done)

I use DayRunner calendars to keep track of my weight, exercise times/mileage, and my daily food The monthly calendar is for my weight and mileage; the weekly calendar is for tracking my food and calories. So at the end of every year, I put my old calendars through the shredder and put the new ones in my book. I'll be doing that this afternoon.

I'm taking the Tacky White Tree down this afternoon. For an artificial tree, it sure sheds a lot of needles
and Tabby doesn't help the situation when she climbs in and out of the poor thing. So it's coming down today. Then we'll have to do a bit of vacuuming.

I am going to spend one hour cleaning off my desk and trying to arrange my cookbook bookcase. The room back here is completely out of control. Again.

Try to spend some time this afternoon backing up Quicken on the computers to prepare for 2014. We went through our budget a bit last night and noted some changes that we can make for 2014.

Go to the vet to drop poo off for 2 new cats.
Go shopping for some staples.
Make my bed.

I am on my second batch of my bedding since I had the new cats in my bedroom with a liter box. But now the box is in the basement with all the others I want my bedroom liter dust free. And the two newbies are roaming the house.

Work work work; people panic buying food for parties and new year holiday.

Took down the Christmas decorations (the few that I put up in the first place) and got them put away.

Biscuit feeding session with Mouse  (I throw, he catches, chases and crunches).

I slept very, very late today. Catching up on lost sleep counts as doing something, right? :D

Made a big window seat for the cats out of neatly stacked boxes covered with a dark blue, wool blanket and topped with their pillows and baby blankets (they love it)

Unpacked more boxes
