My thrift shop finds today!

I don't know if any of you ever go to thrift stores, but I love them. These were my 3 finds today and best of all, I only spent $3 for all!
A ceramic little mouse


A kitty ornament for the tree


and a resin little bear family that are in their kitchen baking Christmas cookies.

I love thrift stores! Once I went to a bag sale - everything you could fit into the bag for the cost of $5.00. The bag was a plastic trash bag and I found a cashmere coat!!! Best part of thrift stores is the money usually goes to charity! I love those win-win situations!

I too love thrift stores, my last great find was some Wexford glasses (the pattern I collect) I believe I got eight glasses for less than $4

Between my mother and I we find some great buys. I'm planning on going in early January to find some clothes as a lot of people donate around the holidays and there's usually some really great stuff.

Groan, you're lookin at a TSA (Thrift Store Addict) here! Mom and I collect Cabbage Patch Kids (the older ones), and that is where we have gotten all of them from!

I love thrift stores too! I rarely buy clothing, though -- always books. Did I mention that I have not bought a book from the bookstore in years? All my books come from Booksale (name of thrift store). I love bargains!

LOL, Tracey the thrift shop that I go to is in downtown Bedford called The Purrfect place. There are two resident cats that live there too! Rosie and Tommy! They are the sweetest things! Check it out sometime!

We don't have any thrift stores in the immediate neighborhood, though I know there's a zillion around the city. I'm a sucker for a good used book store though.
