He is. All of my kittens are so good. Mouse especially. He is great with new things!
It is already discounted. My problem is that no one works in my family. Every once in a while I will get a pet sitting gig (which is where this money came from) but it isn't often enough. I have one person who uses me when they go on vacation, but everyone else who emails me never responds. Though my mom just got a job, so in about two months or so we should be getting them neutered. I live in a rural area and no one is hiring at the moment. I am hoping that in two months time we will be able to get it done. On a side note Doctor is doing well. He has an appointment on Friday to make sure that his eye problem has been cleared up. His paw is doing okay. The open wound has closed, though his pad has not yet grown over his skin. Will his pad regrow? I suppose I can just ask the vet on Friday. I have started to let him go outside when it is sunny. But he only goes out for a few minuets a day. Thank you. I am happy she is coming home, but we still have a lot of issues we have to work out. They are still little. You could try doing a search for any clinics or shelters running free or low cost neutering clinics in your area over the coming weeks and months.
Good luck with this, and with your sister moving back home and getting the medical care she needs too.
Thanks. I am so happy that I know she will take him to the vet if the need arises. I will be watching him like a hawk. I really hope that we get our car back. I am pet sitting on Monday and I don't want the dogs and cat to have to be locked in their crates all day. Thank you for the well wishes! I will have to upload a picture of the boys soon! As soon as I can get them all to sit in one place!
Sounds like you've had a hard week and more to come. I am relieved for you that his paw looks to be healing now and no more limping - this is good. Also that you have confidence in your mom getting him to the vet if needed while your are away. Bills and break downs are so hard to get through and come out the other side but I'm sure you will find a way. I just had two massive repair bills arrive on my doorstep a couple of years after the work was done and we had been told we would not be billed because there had been issues with how the work was organized. It will use up all my savings but, like you, getting my cat to the vet will always be a priority and some how or another if it has to happen it will, maybe after a lot of stress and heart ache and hard work but it will happen if it has to. I hope you manage to get your car back Monday and at no more expense.
I know. The cats walked inside and Astrid almost ran into Tate and poor Tate almost got his ears clawed off! I hope so. Actually Mouse is usually the bold one. He likes new things and isn't afraid to explore. Doctor usually stays at home and cuddles up with his humans. Mouse was the first to do everything except try to climb. Doctor was the first to try to climb though Mouse was the first to actually climb a tree.
Poor Tater, and poor Astrid! It must have been a brutal hair cut!
I knew a woman once who's young daughter used to freek out when she tied her hair back or had it cut very differently. It was like if the general outline was changed she couldn't recopgnize people. Thankfully it was only when she was tiny... I think it can be quite common with hair grooming for animals and the scent change probably adds to it. Once Tater is back to being a bit stinky and got his usual odour about home hopefully all his chums will welcome him back.
Doctor is definitely the bold on in your house huh?
