He just showed up. Stepped all over her, did their thing, squished a baby or two and then flew off. Probably on the screen for 10 seconds!

Now I'm off to bed.

Oh Natalie, I'm so glad you got to see him! Isn't that bonding thing funny? (when he steps on her) Hope you aren't too tired tomorrow!

I finally saw McGee at 5:40AM....Molly time.
He flew into the box, dropped off a fresh rabbit for Molly and owlets then left.
Amazing

That last egg still hasn't hatched
The guy with the camera still has hopes it will.

The babies are getting so big! Molly is having a hard time sitting on them all at once now.

The oldest actually swallowed a whole mouse the other day!

I've still only managed to see McGee that one time. I have seen him at other times but that's only because I went to Upstream to watch uploaded videos.

Did you see the mouse that got away?
He was fast.

In a rerun video I did. Molly went after it and a few minutes later came back with a dead mouse. So it didn't really get away.

Right now one of the babies is playing peek-a-boo with the camera!

Warning to anyone squeamish. McGee (male owl) is beginning to bring in live prey now, to help the owlets begin to learn hunting skills.

Last night he brought in a live mouse, which wasn't bad, but just now he brought in a live rabbit, which was screaming a bit.

Quite a few people were upset. So, if that will bother you, watch only in the day time from now on.

It is super early Sun morning...
been watching Molly & owlets.
They are really active when it's dark out.
Maybe that is why they are called "night owls."

The babies are growing like little weeds.

They've given up hope of the last egg hatching. Carlos, the guy who posted the live feed gave an update and said that they are going to move on and just follow the 4 owlets and added that 4 is s good number and that typically not all eggs hatch.

Just as well because it's been 2 weeks since the first one hatched, and the first 2 are so big now that even if that egg hatched today, it would be stepped on and probably pecked to death and eaten, or die of starvation because they are fed in order of hatching.

Baby Max is so funny to watch.
His feet are to big for his body.
He looks like a cartoon owlet.

Thanks for capturing those pictures for us.

McGee has been busy hunting the last couple of days. I just sat down and a minute later he delivered a mouse. According to the posts there, that was #5 or #6 so far this evening.

Lots of hungry little tummies to feed.

I saw Molly feeding the youngest, Wesley, earlier this evening while the others were posing for the camera. So cute!
