My cat is close to having her kittens. Just in the past day and a half she has been violently throwing up and can't keep anything down. She is making really loud sounds when she's getting sick and she is being aggressive towards me and the other cats. Should I be worried or will this pass???

That is not normal! You need to get her to a vet today. She needs sub-q fluids and anti-nausea meds asap!

I don't have the money to take her and all the vets around me require an upfront payment. Now I'm scared ages going to probably die

Also, she is being aggressive because she feels horribly sick.

Can you ask for a payment plan, or borrow the money?

You need to get clear pedialyte and begin syringing 1-2mLs into her every 30 minutes. She must stay hydrated.

Ok I'll go get some. Is there a certain kind or flavor

Clear = unflavored.

Can you borrow money for a vet?

I hate for you to potentially lose your cat or her kittens. :(

Is there anything I can give her to help her stop throwing up?

:vibes:sending my prayers that your cat gets better..... Many of us here know the helpless feeling of isolation and lack of funds. The commercially prepared unflavored Pedialyte (or store brand) is considered to be more absorbable but the homemade version also works well; the recipe can be found at www.kitten-rescue.com and also at the World Health Organization's website. There are also electrolyte-replacement tablets and powders but they are usually flavored.

I'm sorry. Please try the pedialyte and let us know how your cat is doing.

Thank you so much I'll try anything to keep her and her kittens alive. This is my daughter's cat and she is so sweet
